Shipping policy


Order Fulfilment

We ship orders Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 12 noon GMT/BST on those days will be dispatched the same day.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

 

Delivery Services

We partner with trusted, fully tracked couriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

  • UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

  • International Haircare Orders: Shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

  • International Fragrance Orders: Due to shipping regulations, all orders containing fragrance are sent via FedEx. Fragrance is classified as a regulated item, so rates are higher, but we’re actively working to reduce this cost.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and order contents.

We offer free shipping when you reach the minimum spend threshold for your region. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

 

VAT & Duties

Prices adjust based on your shipping country.

  • EU Orders under €150: VAT is collected at checkout, with no import charges on delivery.

  • EU Orders over €150: You may be charged VAT and import duties by your local customs office.

  • Non-EU Countries: VAT and duties may apply at delivery, depending on local regulations (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein).

 

We recommend checking your local rates via the European Commission website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please note that tracking can take a few hours to activate.
