Refund policy
We hope you love your Anforh purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how to return it.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at customercare@anforh.com with your order number (e.g., #Anforh-XXXX). Returns must be pre-approved before sending. Items returned without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
Once approved, we will share the return postal address.
Conditions
- Opened or used items cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds do not include original shipping fees.
Exchanges
For a different item, please return the product and place a new order separately.
International Returns
If you’re returning from outside the UK:
- Clearly label the parcel: ‘Return of product + your original tracking number’
- Choose the shipping category ‘Returned Goods’
- Declare the value of each item as £1
Tracked shipping is required. We cannot refund lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us immediately upon receipt if your order is damaged or incorrect so we can resolve it swiftly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will not be given for orders marked as “delivered” by carriers.
- Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Third-Party Retailers
If you purchased from a third-party (not from anforh.com), please contact their customer service directly.
