Orders & Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from Edinburgh on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Delivery timelines vary by destination - view our shipping policy here.
How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
I haven’t received my order confirmation.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Still missing? Email us here with your order number.
My tracking info isn’t working.
Carriers can take a day or two to update tracking. If you don’t see progress after 48 hours, email us here with your order number.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to the UK, USA, Europe, and select international countries. View the full list here. We’re expanding all the time - sign up for our newsletter for updates.
How do I return a product?
Read our returns policy here and follow the steps. All returns must be pre-approved.
Will I be charged taxes or duties?
Taxes are calculated at checkout. For EU orders under €150, we use IOSS to pre-pay VAT. For other destinations, duties may apply upon delivery. More details here.

Damaged & Duplicate Orders
What if my product is damaged?
We’re so sorry. Please email us a photo of the damaged item in its packaging along with your order number - click here.
Help! I placed a duplicate order.
No problem. Contact us immediately. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it.
About Anforh
Where are Anforh products made?
All products are made in the UK and shipped from our studio in Edinburgh.
What does Anforh mean?
It’s “Man For Himself” without the ‘M’ and ‘imself’ - Robin’s nod to his original platform.
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. We never test on animals.
How long do products last?
Unopened: 36 months from manufacture.
Once opened: 12 months.
