After shampooing, apply to clean, damp hair - focusing on the lengths and ends.

Leave for 1–2 minutes as a daily conditioner, or up to 5 minutes for a deeper weekly treatment.

Rinse thoroughly.

Use after shampooing when your hair feels like it needs extra hydration or control.

For most, this will be 1–2 times per week - less frequently than shampooing.
