Part-Time Order Fulfilment Assistant (In-Studio)

We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to support order fulfilment and light studio tasks for Anforh, an independent grooming and fragrance brand based on Leith Walk, Edinburgh (EH6).

This is a hands-on, in-studio role focused primarily on preparing customer orders for dispatch. It suits someone who enjoys structured, practical work and is happy working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Printing labels and preparing parcels for Royal Mail and courier collection
• Organising outgoing orders ready for daily pickup
• Keeping the studio tidy and well organised
• Light stock checks and flagging low inventory when needed

Hours

• Currently Monday and Wednesday
• Around 1.5–2 hours per day
• Late morning or early afternoon
• Potential to add a third day as the business grows

Pay

• £14 per hour

About you

• Based locally in Edinburgh
• Reliable, calm, and well organised
• Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility
• Previous experience in retail, studios, stock handling, or fulfilment is helpful but not essential

This is a small, friendly setup with clear tasks and predictable hours, ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work alongside other commitments.
