Introducing Anforh Fragrance: The Invisible Accessory

After more than a decade exploring the world of fragrance through my platform, Man For Himself, I’ve come to understand: fragrances are the ultimate Invisible Accessories®. They finish a look, shape how we feel, and linger long after we’ve left the room. It’s mood. It’s memory. It’s presence without performance.

For the past 12 years, I’ve been privileged to build a community of men who care about how they look and how they feel. Through conversations, content, and countless hours of testing, I’ve learned not just what I want from fragrance, but what you do too. This launch is a continuation of that dialogue - a distillation of years of learning, living, and loving fragrance.

Anforh Fragrance has been built with a clear intention: to create a fragrance wardrobe that enhances you. Whether you’re getting dressed for the day or undressed for the night, there’s an Anforh scent for that moment. Each one has been crafted in collaboration with Glasgow-based perfumer Clara Weale and made by hand in our Edinburgh studio. The result - three distinctive fragrances that are minimal on the outside, but complex at heart.

Aire: Bright, Energising, Uplifting 

Inspired by the Scottish coast and that jolt of clarity you feel in wild open air. This is an energetic woody scent with a lively, citrus opener. It’s for mornings that need momentum or moments that need a little more lift.

Kist: Warm, Woody, Familiar

The scent of skin, memory, and safety. A soft, cocooning fragrance that sits close and lingers longer. Think vintage paperbacks, warm woods, and a subtle glow. It’s for when you want to feel held.

Sorn: Smoky, Bold, Addictive

Where Aire wakes you and Kist wraps you, Sorn tempts you. It’s a fragrance for late nights, bold moves, and unapologetic presence. Leather, smoke, and something a little bit dangerous. It’s not just a scent, it’s a statement.

Each fragrance is bottled in a 30ml heavy glass bottle with a black metal cap engraved with the Anforh monogram. Fabric labels nod to artisanal traditions and mirror our handmade, small-batch process. From concentrate to bottle, every step happens in our Edinburgh studio.

Fragrance doesn’t need to shout to be heard. Anforh fragrances are designed to sit close to the skin, to live with you, and to be discovered - not announced. These are not gendered, not trend-driven, and certainly not mass-produced. They are crafted for individuals who appreciate the quiet power of great scent.
