Orders & Shipping 

Q. When will I receive my order:

A. Please check our shipping page here. Our orders take between 3-5 business days. 

 

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A. Thank you for your order! Once your package ships we will email you with a tracking number so you can track when you will receive your package. Please be aware, when we give a package to our courier, we do not have control over any delays your package may experience. 

 

Q. I haven’t received my order confirmation?  What should I do?

A. Send an email to us here with your order ID.  Our customer service team will help you out ASAP.

 

Q. My tracking info isn’t working. What should I do?

A. Our couriers usually take a day or two to update their tracking. If you have not received your tracking after 48 hours, please reach out to us here with your Order ID.

 

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. We ship to the UK, USA and countries in the EU... but we are working on worldwide sales! Robin James (ANFORH founder) is aware of the appetite for the product and is working hard to build relationships with global retailers and distributors.

Q. How do I make a return?

A. Please check out our returns policy here. 

 

Q. Will I be charged Sales Tax?

A. ANFORH collects taxes during the sale (all of which are listed at checkout) and pays this to the relevant authority. As such, there should be no surprise fees.

Damaged Products

Q. What if my product is damaged?

A. We’re sorry that you’ve received a damaged product. To help us understand what has happened, we require a photograph of the damaged product in the box it arrived in. Please send your picture, with your Order ID to us here. We will be able to discuss shipping a replacement to you. 

 

Duplicate Orders

Q. Help I’ve ordered the same product twice by mistake?

A. Mistakes happen! We are happy to cancel and refund duplicate orders, provided that the order has not been shipped out by our warehouse. Should you realise that a duplicate order has been made, please contact us immediately here with your name and Order ID.

Q. Where are ANFORH products manufactured?

A. ANFORH TVS was born in Scotland and has been manufactured in the USA.

 

Q. What does ANFORH mean?

A. The name ANFORH came to Robin (ANFORH founder) in a dream. He knew he had to go with it… Okay, really, ‘ANFORH’ is Man For Himself (Robin’s YouTube channel, website and social) but without the ‘M’ and ‘imself’. Easy! 

 

Q. Are ANFORH products tested on Animals?

A. No we would never test on animals.

 

Q. When do ANFORH products expire?

A. ANFORH Texture Volume Spray (TVS) has a shelf life (unopened) of 36 months after manufacture; and 12 months once opened 

 

Q. Is this product for me?

A. ANFORH TVS (our first product) has been specifically designed for people with fine, soft and straight hair. But if you have a different hair type and just want loads of texture and volume, give it a go! We have seen some great results in thick hair. 

 

Q. I’m a woman can I use this product?

A. Yes absolutely, ANFORH is for everyone - whoever you are and whoever you want to be. 

 

Q  What’s in ANFORH Texture Volume Spray (TVS)?

A. We know what you put in your hair is important to you (it’s the same for us too).  That’s why we hand-crafted ANFORH using natural ingredients that are vegan friendly.  We wanted to create a product that not only works, but is full of ingredients you know, that will nourish your hair.
